The success of this program was made possible under the guidance of Senior Professional Counselor Prasanna Kamalsiri Perera, who served as the Chief Trainer. He is a Senior Lecturer (Grade I) at a well-recognized university, a published book author, researcher, and an experienced trainer in counseling and employee development across various Human Resource Development (HRD) contexts. His expert knowledge and mentorship significantly elevated the learning experience for all cadet counselors.
